Refund policy

At Zugzzwang, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a clear and easy process for returns and refunds, as outlined below:

Return:

  • Full-Priced Items: You may return full-priced items within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags intact.

  • Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and non-returnable, unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is incorrect or faulty.

To initiate a return, please contact us at account@zugzzwang.com with your order details.

Refunds

  • For Returns: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact), we will issue a refund for the price of the item. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.

  • For Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the product you received is damaged or incorrect, you are eligible for a full refund.

    • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

At Zugzzwang, our collections are produced in limited quantities, and we do not guarantee exchanges. However, if you need a different size:

  1. Email us at support@zugzzwang.com with your request.

  2. If your requested size is available at the time we process your request, we’ll gladly arrange the exchange for you.

  3. If your requested size is not available, you can return the product under the terms above and place a new order in the desired size.
